Has Kiffin been accused of child rape? I haven't heard about that. When did this supposedly happen?

Never be the man that follows The Man. Taking the Alabama job will be career suicide for some unlucky fellow.

A dummy like Les Miles was able to win a title with the players Saban left behind. If the guy that takes over for Saban wins a title within a year or two, I wouldn't call that career suicide.

And now you're moving the goalposts. We're talking about other CFB jobs and you know that.

No ... just the opposite. You want to assign "destination job" to certain places. I assume because, like most people, it gives you a simplified view of the landscape that you can understand.

I'm telling you "destination job" does not exist - PRECISELY because the landscape is constantly shifting. It seems too much for you to handle. Maybe go ask Mom to throw a tray of brownies in the oven. She won't be sleeping yet.

Pete Carroll and Steve Spurrier left for the NFL it wasn't like he left for another college program.

Urban Meyer "retired" from Florida and Ohio State. Once again did not just jump ship for another program.

Getting fired has nothing to do with a head coaching job being a destination job or not.

And yet Tubbs left Ole Miss for Auburn despite you saying OM is a destination job.

If past behavior is a predictor he will take off as soon as problems arise or he gets a better offer. After his stint at Tennessee and similar behavior at USC he should not be able to get a job at the Burger King.

Learn to read. It's tough ... you have to not only decode the letters into words - but the words themselves link together. And then there's context, and shading - don't even get me started on double entendres.

You can't do it ... but I want you to try. Imagine certain coaches looking at certain jobs with a set of priorities that you don't understand and can't quantify. If you can wrap your head around that ... which I doubt ... you'll see that those coaches might pick places to go differently from you.

Now - failing that exercise - try this one. Ole Miss is NOT a place Kiffin will stay at. Doesn't mean another person won't stay. Also doesn't mean anybody will stay at those "destination schools" you are so fixated on.

Because those schools rise and fall. They become not so "destination".

You understand any of this ? I'm betting not.

I think he stays at Ole Miss. He should. Great place to live, no unreasonable expectations like there are at some other schools and he has shown he can find talent. I can see him staying there long term. Much like Bianco. Ole Miss is not a stepping stone for him. Bama is the only place I see him leaving for.

I had hopes for you. Not high ... but hopes. Yet - you are not leaving that basement and joining debate team. You are not going to K-Mart to get a pair of Dockers. There is no white button down shirt in your future. Certainly no timeline where you stand before a microphone and engage in compelling conversation.

And that's sad. You are bound to a life where you mindlessly repeat a line - since you can muster no argument - with an emoji used as punctuation.

I suddenly feel the need to buy block and build a wall. Several, in fact.

Because who the hell wants to live in Mississippi for a long period of time when you have that much money?

Let me answer with a question.

Should Arkansas have expected Bobby P to frick things up? It’s what he does.

Lane moves on. It’s what he does.

Hopefully the same guy who decided that Ole Miss was a significantly better opportunity than Arkansas. My fingers are crossed.
