Well when you pay a kid 25M or more plus endorsements without ever playing a down, it’s gonna come with some expectations. “Poor arch” gmafb you cashed the checks. This is what it is. Transactional. You want it a different way? Give the money back. No, huh? Then kindly stfu.

Wasn't it widely reported that Arch didn't take money from the Texas collective? His only money was through his national endorsement deals.

Unfair? I agree. It's unfair that he had given to him what most have to earn, Archie

This is Archie's point. It's very obvious by all of his interviews that he knew Arch had plenty of improvements to make. Whenever he stated that Arch wasn't entering the draft last year, he didn't directly say it, but knew Arch needed another season of college football.

The media, especially in New Orleans, proclaimed him the best prep player of all times.

There are lofty expectations for professional athletes. Many high draft picks have withered under the pressure. It was only a matter of time before it became the norm for college professional athletes to be under the same lofty expectations and not perform well as a result.

High expectations that are never realized? Hits a little too close to home, doesn’t it, Archie?

He's had little to no help with the rest of his offense. He's not like either of his two uncles but he probably gotten too much blame.
