Why does LSU talk so much shite about Alabama?

Honest question……
I mean, if the team I rooted for had won three times to an annual opponent at Home (Bryant-Denny West) since 1968, got shutout in a natty, averaged 1.1 win per decade over the past 26 years, then lost to the new coach 42-6 in his first year, and this new coach went to Atlanta for SECCG, Playoffs and to Rose Bowl in Year 2, while beating my team my a combined 66-19 score…..how in the world can you seriously post ANYTHING about the team that’s been HUMILIATING your program since the Civil War wrapped up?
In all seriousness, I do feel sympathy for you older fans that suffered under Bryant for 30 years then Saban for 20 more
They literally call Bama fans “broken” bc they only made it to Atlanta and won Playoff game last year…..what level of broken we talking?

(Sorry I know gloating about anyone’s death is unsavory, but especially the death of an entire fanbase)

I legitimately saw SEVERAL full grown “men” weeping like a newborn when the above occurred……blew my mind. As much as I dislike LSU, I still can’t shake the human feeling of sympathy toward someone or something that you’ve seen abused, humiliated and embarrassed for so long that the PTSD has turned to apathy.

Coach DeBoer 42-6 beatdown in Tiger Stadium on way to clinch SECCG/Playoff/Rose Bowl ticket level of brokenness?
Can an educated TIger fan with knowledge of the topic possibly fill me in on what I am missing?

Great observations. Unfortunately, you are appealing to the common sense of LSU fans, which they severely lack due to cultural isolation and feelings of inferiority that are bred deep into their surprisingly brittle bones and feelings.
