They loved scheduling you for their homecoming win

Texas has won over 230 conference titles. The school with the next most is Oklahoma, who has won less than 100.
I don't know where you got this... but it is incorrect. IF you go back to the stone age Texas has something like 600 and some conference titles and OU has 300ish.
But in the conference titles that matter the most and are most recent... The magic numbers are "14" and "3".

Uh, what?
I've been very vocal about it in the past but I'll say it again: Bringing Texas into this conference is the biggest mistake we've ever made. Aside from all the sidewalk Bama fans saying things like "Oh we're gonna beat that arse" or Georgia fans thinking we're gonna embarrass them over and over again or whatever, Texas is bringing a massive amount of money and influence into the conference - more than any other school that's already here. UT's endowment is the second largest in the country ($43 BILLION!) behind only Harvard and higher than Yale, Stanford, and Princeton. This kind of money and prestige will have massively destructive effects on the SEC. They'll be quiet their first few years here but within a decade, I'd bet one of my nuts that at least one of the big school tournaments will be moved from Atlanta, Nashville or Hoover to somewhere in Texas. They will also flex their muscles on naming future UT friendly conference commissioners, and if you believe otherwise, you're fooling yourself.
They've also historically destroyed their TWO previous conferences with clearly no regard for their conference mates because of greed.
We should have let them go to some other conference to bankrupt but we let them in the door. And we fricked ourselves. So you can count me among the people who don't like the Whorns, and aside from their alums, I don't think there's a whole lot of other people who are excited to admit this trojan horse.
It's like watching a car crash in slow motion.

Here we go again.....
BTW....when has the BIG XII ever been destroyed? Their link still works for me.

Jealousy much?
Other than that, no idea what you're on about. There is no love between our two programs, but we haven't played often Enough to build up any contempt either.

Why? So Jimbo can stop owning Kelly?

frick them both. I hate every single team on the schedule, but I have a special kind of hatred for UTrans.

I would describe it as “apathetic respect” from the UT fans’ perspective.
UT has bitter rivalries with OU, Ark, aggy and several others (mostly one sided beyond those 3). There just isn’t that history with LSU.
Of course things may change with the new alignment.

Good question. Because LSU is going to suffer the worst with the addition of Texas. That poor little school in a shithole city in Louisiana ….will not be able to compete with the whorn’s money, facilities, National exposure, NIL deals. Etc.

Why do the LSU Tigers and Texas Longhorns like each other so much?
I don’t like Texas at all and didn’t want them added to the conference. Not sure I know my fans who like them.

Nevermind.

I don't think your premise is true. However, I prefer UT fans to Aggies all day. That's just because the Aggies have become somewhat of a rival for LSU in recent years since joining the conference.
edit: Honestly I don't like either team.
