Football:

OM killed it last year in football and was a play or so away from going to the title game. Finished ranked #3 in the nation.

Bama, on the other hand, got rickrolled by the eventual national champ. Finished ranked #9 in the nation.

Basketball:

OM finished in the cheapseats with LSU as unranked to finish the season.

Bama finished ranked #16 in the nation and had an overall impressive season.

Baseball:

OM finished ranked #7 overall and had a punishing season as both squads play in the meat grinder we call the SEC.

Bama finished ranked #6 overall and had a great season.

Both schools had great seasons in at least 2 sports. So what say you? Who wins the next title between these two schools?

My vote: OM for the win

i don't think Ole Miss will ever be as good as they were under Kiffin again. they might, but it's going to take an excellent up-and-comer coach. i don't know if Golding is that person.

Their AD is already putting out feelers. Carter isn’t an idiot.

In the 3 sports mentioned (AKA - The Big 3) Ol' Miss has the last title (Baseball, 2022) among the 2 schools. If anything they have shown themselves to be on the upswing. Bammers? not so much

You have to forgive the Bammers. They aren't used to the rest of the conference not bowing down at the alter of Bama, but that is where we are now.

The race is between Ole Miss baseball and Bama football. I have more faith Mike Bianco than Kalen Debeor so I guess I am going with Ole Miss

As far as football DeBoer has been just short of doing it, made some power conference championship games and wom a power conference. Looks like DeBoer might be getting ready to win a championship with that resume.

Would they have "killed it" last year with their current HC?? Nobody knows. What is known is that the best HC they ever had and that delivered them to the CFP last year isn't there.

Ole piss will fall back to being a mid tier football program.
