Neither is winning a Basketball title so it is either Alabama Football or Ole Miss Baseball.
I will go Alabama and Football. Like OSU, Michigan, etc it is hard to see them failing to win one with money involvement involved.

That is one more than the Bammers in the last 5 years and over the last 2 they have been more successful in football

UGA and Ole Miss are tied at 23-6 for the most wins in football over the past two years. Golding has the best playoff record of any coach in the country right now in the 12-team playoff--2-1. Smart hasn't faired so well.

Freeman, Day, Cignetti, and Cristobal all have better 12 team playoff records, just off the top of my head.
There may be even more.

Not sure about feelers but I know no Ole Miss fan has much faith in Golding. We obviously did that for stability reasons. What I do know is he is a big part of our success the last two years with his recruiting. What I know is we have 3 of the top 5 players in the state committed while State only has the money for the ninth. Not sure he is that good either.
What Im hoping is Golding holds steady this year and Lebby returns for the offense. He is not a head coach and he is working with a baseball program. But he can run an offense. He would be a good fit with Golding.

Congrats. Smart does have 2 titles in the last 5 years though. Ol' Miss hasn't fared so well. Not sure what that has to do with the Bammers though. They have fared worse than both
