it's Joe Burrow & he's been quoted, numerous times, that he gives the "majority" of the credit to Coach Ensminger.
they why did Brady win this and not Ens?

Probably the same reason why LSU's offensive line won the Joe Moore Award despite being 86th in sacks allowed.

Probably the same reason Bo Nix won SEC FOTY.

People just vote for shite.

If you ignore how Briles was a key part in a culture of abuse then Briles.

6 months ago Brady was God, now that he's moved on you refer to him winning an award as no big deal. Damn, LSU isn't handling this success like I thought they were. I still remember when LSU thought Canada was goat.

I dont know about "God" but if Joe Brady came in with no offensive coaching or playcalling experience and built the greatest college football offense ever by himself in one offseason then he's the greatest football coach to ever walk the face of this earth.

No one has had that kind of immediate success, not Saban, not Belichick, no one.

Well, why did LSU hire Brady if LSU was fine with him? Wasnt ED and LSU struggling to win 10 games/Season, something Les did the whole time he was there?

Ed won 10 games in his second year as head coach.

It was LSU's best season since 2013.

9-3 with a bowl win, so yes, 10 wins his second full season, technically his 3rd.

Keep hoping LSU falls on their face this year. I have no doubt we will have a top 3 offense In the SEC with Ensminger and Linehan collaborating. Our weapons are filthy again at WR, TE, and RB. Brennan will not duplicate Burrow’s success but it’s not unreasonable to think he will throw 35 TD’s and over 3000 yards. You should worry about beating someone with a pulse.

I think Briles is a brilliant OC, but he isn’t a miracle worker.

Youre right, I made a mistake when I posted that and it should have said, "LSU fans on TigerRant were calling for his head a year ago". Sorry for the incorrect fact baw
