Bobby Petrino WAS your offense. Period. If you think any differently you are sadly mistaken. Of the 2 of us, I am not the one that needs the conversation to change subjects because the longer it goes, the worse your team looks.

Actually I'm fairly certain you didn't give any evidence for what you're talking about and instead chose to talk out of your arse, although coming from a Bama fan I shouldn't be surprised

I dunno, the longer this conversation goes on the more I start to think you are an idiot.

They looked like the same offense on Saturday as they did last year and the year before that and the year before that and...
Petrino was needed to install the offense, but considering what they return, I'd say most of them already know the offense. They really just need someone remotely competent calling plays and the players will do the rest.

Their second string....

after thinking about it some I too think UT poses the biggest threat, after LSU. Arky came to mind initially. Both UT and Arky have the QB play but I think, based off of week one, UT has the better line play (both sides of the ball) and UT's LB's are legit. Coach Sal has made a big difference in a short amount of time. I watched the UT game and also watched the replay of it, and, that defense is going to be real good if it stays healthy. They need to figure out that run game though

Better question:
Who is the 2nd biggest threat to LSU??
Besides Alabama, or course. South Carolina? Georgia? Auburn? Miss St?

Georgia won't be playing Lsu this year. The answer to that is south carolina, but that's not the topic
Honestly, it's gotta be Arkansas. Tyler Wilson is the best the league has to offer and the bama game to Arkansas = the auburn game to Msu.
I think bama will beat Arkansas, but a loss is conceivable.
I think it will go precisely like one of the last 2 trips to fayetville. A very close game (10) or Arkansas getting annihilated (08). I just don't see a boring bama wins by 12 type game

Arkansas has been the exact same for the last 4 years.
2009: 8-5
2010: 10-3
2011: 11-2
I see a trend here, and it doesn't support your theory.

Whoever gets pucked to take an arse whipping in the bcs title game.
Lets be real. No one is beating bama this year.

For me it's that alone. Phillip Ely is a chump.

The more you buy into this, the more its gonna hurt in a week and a half.
And this little piggie said "WAH WAH WAH" all the way home.

Obviously Arky. Georgia and SC can't hold a candle to Bama.

Maybe you're right...
Glenn Guilbeau had them preseason ranked at #13.
Only 3 voters had Michigan lower.
Maybe old Glenn is right about Arkansas too.
