Liked the points on the running game. Want to see the Saints keep that pass-run balance going tonight.
Andolsek, Redden, & Pontiff come to mind first.

Also, although not a player, Head football coach Bo Rein was killed in a plane crash on a recruiting trip for LSU at age 34.

Never got to coach a game but looked to be a promising young coach that fans were excited about.
Defensive End.
We have talent there, but replacing Mingo and Montgomery will be tough.

Spurrier wouldn't say that anonymously.
Could've been Mullen. Or Muschamp.
Great story. Geaux Chad!
Here's an article from a few days ago about Chad and the Reds scout that stayed on him.

Apparently he was hitting 91 after a three-yr layoff.

That looked really bad. Hope its not an acl. Kid was a man among boys tonight.
His "best game ever"?? What's wrong with you? So because the starter is out, LSU is gona trot out the worst lineman Clowney has ever played against??
If its COllins, he had success blocking Clowney in the UA All American game two yrs ago. I understand its a hs game, but still, it was the same two guys going head to head against each other. And even if its not Collins, its mindblowing that you think LSU will present the worst blocker he's ever faced.
Take the points!

Week 4: LSU-AU
Week 5: Ark-A&M
Week 6: UGa-SC
Week 7: SC-LSU. Bama-Mizzou if UGA beats SC
Week 8: A&M-LSU
Week 11: Bama-A&M
Week 12: Yikes. I guess Ark-MSU
Week 13: Bama-Au
Better question:
Who is the 2nd biggest threat to LSU??
Besides Alabama, or course. South Carolina? Georgia? Auburn? Miss St?
I would say 1.Texas and 2.Florida.
USC is a different animal. they may well be top 3, but some parents are likely to be hesitant about sending their kids out to LA, into an allegedly dangerous neighborhood. but they definitely have other advantages. its subjective anyway.
DaleDenton lives to flame LSU and is perhaps the worst poster on the Sec rant. Even his fellow Hog fans know this.
UF better recruiting base? No doubt. But better fan support than LSU?? Otay!!
Hey DaleDenton,
LSU > Arkansas. DWI!!
:booboo:
Not if coaches decide something else is in the best interest of WINNING games. Odd huh? Winning games and all..
The LSU coaching staff is just so overly concerned with fans like you being satisfied, they decided to go with their 500 of total offense, as opposed to you seeing 400 yards passing. They REFUSE to stretch the field, as you say, because that would be too easy. Forget the fact that North Texas had their safeties 20 yds deep to prevent the deep ball, and that LSU rushed for 300 yards as a result, that's irrelevant, because of what you wanted to see, as a fan..

40-14, hoss. Expect a similar outcome Saturday.
These are for the most part MISTAKES, serving as evidence that the team did not play a perfect game. There is a grand canyon-like difference between this and "playing poorly". But I'm sure you'll never see it that way.. We're doomed! Panic now!!!
You're right, that 500 yards of offene was sooooo poor. And the D Line practically living in the backfield was unacceptable. And the best qb play we've had since Flynn in '07 was putrid. And ... oh the reasons? I think they played so poorly, in a game that was over after a 21-0 first quarter blitz, because... some of their fans are morons..
:banghead: :banghead: :banghead:
The scouts are all stupid and you're a genius.
