Who are players you thought were not used enough every game?

I always thought Bama didn’t use Julio Jones enough every game. I know Saban wanted a run time of possession team with a manager at quarterback at that time.

Bama TE OJ Howard was underused.
OJ was fast with great hands & play making ability.

Bozo Botch Jones letting Alvin Kamara stand on the sidelines 70% of the offensive plays.

Lock Thread.

Russell Shepard should have thrown a pass.

Dexter McCluster certainly stands out as not used enough for sure in one game at South Carolina in 2010. I remember sitting near McClusters dad and wondering to him at halftime why his son wasn't getting the ball. He said, you and I know he needs to! He did see the ball more after halftime but it was too little too late.

Mecole Hardman. Screw fat Chaney for not getting him the ball more. Speed to burn and loads of talent.

Our'18 team was loaded at the skill positions.

Going way back in the 80's for Bama RB Linnie Patrick & WR Pierre Goode. Modern day definitely OJ Howard & Derrick Henry should've been used more his Freshman season.

Linnie Patrick

To be fair, the reason he wasn’t used was because he was in Bryant’s doghouse for most of his career.

That would be true about Linnie. To bad he didn't have his head on straight because he could've been a star.

Miles was so fricking stubborn about seniority. If Scott and Williams had played more in 2006 and 2007...

I know this is off topic and I’ll never have anyone agree, but Julio could have played some CB or Safety and got in the Heisman talk for playing both ways. Saw a video of plays where he made tackles after a turnover (in ATL). He is just one hell of an athlete

Because we never have been great at the deep ball, I say most of our TE's in the passing game. With most CB's on the small side, a wide bodied, tall TE should be a guaranteed FD on short yardage.
