Doesn't look like you had a very good "cypherin'" teacher when you were growing up.

I'm cypherin' that OU come in fourth on this deal.

Pretty sure he’s referring to the fact that you were the runner up in the CWS, which meant your fan base was there the entire time, and only bought 800+ shots. Guessing his cypherin’ teacher was better than your reading comprehension teacher.

That probably sounded a lot funnier in your head.

Rocco’s sold over 86,000 jello shots last year. That is $433,000. Even after donating $130k they still grossed close to a quarter of a million dollars.

Yeah McKernan and Graves did kinda one up each other repeatedly. Kinda annoying, but the more money for charity, the better!

So Ole Miss bought ~$85k in jello shots? I respect it, but what a cash cow for that bar.

They give a lot of it to charity.
The local news came and interviewed Ole Miss fans about it when we broke the record. No one is touching LSU’s record though.

I miss the days when it was just regular fans buying shots and not corporations.

I am guessing most of you have not been. Was going to go take part last year but it was a line of people in the scorching heat around the block to get a Jell-O shot on Gordon’s dime. Way too much way better stuff to do in that area other than that

That 'LSU Student Food Pantry' check went right into the LSU Athletic Department coffers... I mean if you'll steal from childrens hospital, why not from your poor students too? frickers don't need to eat right?

he LSU record of 62,000 shots generated around $250k in gross profit

Don't know about gross profit since some of the funds are distributed to local organizations and competing schools food banks. Now,the free publicity and additional sales generated by the challenge will definitely increase their overall profits

That 69K record will only be broken when LSU returns to Omaha. I think we hold 2nd place as well at 52K.

The team that wins usually wins this "contest" and WVU while a good squad isn't likely to stick around long enough.

I believe the winner of the jello shot is usually the national champion, in most cases anyways.
