People always remember the ones that hurt more than the wins for whatever reason. Auburn has had quite a few heartbreaking losses. This is obviously just recent history.

2005 LSU we missed 5 FGs
2009 Iron Bowl got outplayed in the 4th
2013 BCSNC FSU
2014 Texas A&M 2 butt fumbles
2017 LSU gus being guss
2018 LSU pass interference game
2018 Florida Super regional HR off glove
2019 CWS Mississippi State 9th inning blown 2 run lean
2019 final four missed double dribble
2021 iron bowl.

i dont think any team can match this level of heartbreak

4th and 25. Beating Arkansas in the CWS has helped with that one though

Definitely Arkansas since they're one of the few schools that actually cares about baseball. Then you throw in the Stoernover and that puts them over the top. And the end of that Sugar Bowl against Ohio St.

How so? They still had another game to play after that. Arkansas catches that ball and they win it all.

I can’t fathom how UGA fans felt when Jalen came in for Tua and led a comeback in 2018 after Tua came in for Jalen and led a comeback in 2017

Tell me you know dick about Kentucky football history without telling me you know dick about Kentucky football history.

That list is fricking child's play compared to the heartbreak we've endured over the decades.

Unless your name is Kentucky, Vanderbilt or South Carolina you have zero business being in this thread.

LSU has the most heartbreak. You just went 15-0 and won a natty. Cry me a fricking river

Peyton outduels Couch
2007 UK-UT
93 v UF Chris Doering
93 Peach Bowl Marty Moore
2003 LSU Devery Henderson
UK put on probation because Tennessee salty about Albert Means
The Tennessee and Florida streaks
Bill Curry and Joker Phillips. All of it.
That's just off the top of my head in a 2 minute period over the last 20-30 yrs.

GTFO with LSU heartbreak you don't know pain

Not even close. A National Championship win fell in-between 3 players.

1988 Earthquake game- AU
1989 FSU AU Sugar Bowl- it was pass interference at the 1 yard line. AU is down 6 with a minute left. It would have been an automatic first
Van F'n Tiffen in 1985

To be fair Auburn has also delivered a lot of heartbreaking losses to their main rivals. Just speaking as a Bama fan that is 36 years old and remembers a lot of Iron Bowl heartbreaks:

1995: The "Incompletion game"
1997: Scissum fumbles at the AU 20 and AU kicks the winning field goal on the next play
2010: The Camback ( I still think this one stings more than the 2013 Kick Six)
2013: Kick Six
2019: Pick Six

I'm sure there are countless others. I can think of a few against Ole Miss as well. I know UGA has had quite a few due to you guys
