Which potential win would be the biggest for LSU this season?

Of course most years that answer is obvious. LSU would be happy going 1-11 as long as that one is against Alabama. But with everything that happened during the off-season, I'm thinking LSU would prefer beating Ole Miss more than anyone else.

If we are talking regular season games I’ll say Texas

As an LSU fan, I have to say that the idea of beating Alabama just doesn't carry the luster it used to now that Saban is gone. Of course we'd rather beat Bama than lose to y'all, but losing to y'all doesn't sting as much as it used to anymore.

Believe me, as a fan, I have adequate experience in losing to y'all both during and after Saban's time there so I would know.

I'm content in knowing we beat Bama in dramatic overtime fashion for Saban's final visit to Tiger Stadium.

Bama simply isn’t what it used to be. Face it Saban pulled Bama out of the dumpster and now that he’s gone they’re trending back towards the gutter where they belong.

No offense but you guys are no longer the standard in the conference so beating you doesn’t carry the weight it once did. A win over you guys would be a lesser win than winning over OM who was a whisker away from NC game last season.

Best of luck this year

Alabama is just another game for everyone now. Look at SEC media days, was Alabama even there?

Nick: 12-5 against L3u
Others: 46-22-5 against L3u

Are you confused or just stupid?

Yeah LSU would be thrilled to go 1-11.

Easy front runner for dumbest take of the year.

Ole Miss, being the 2nd game of the year would be a huge win.

But

I am gonna say A&M. Seeing the problems LSU has had with scrambling QBs over recent years, if we can contain a QB that shredded us last year, I would call that huge at that stage of the season.

Plus it is A&M

You won’t admit it, but I live in BR, and I assure you that LSU fans take as much pleasure (if not more) in Bama losing as they do their own team winning. That’s a fact

- Bama won the regular season SEC going 7-1
- won 11 games
- went to Atlanta for SECCG
- made the Playoffs
- Won in the Playoffs
- Went to the Rose Bowl
- Beat LSU 62-15 over the past two seasons….

The WilliamTiger guy makes all those gifs about Alabama, Matt Mascona and T-Bob have their own segments on Alabama, and living in BR as a Bama fan draws endless comments if I wear a cap or shirt in public…..how many billboards, radio segments, etc do you think they have in Birmingham/Tuscaloosa about LSU?

Saban going to Bama and what he accomplished, including 2011 (RIP), absolutely broke every LSU fan I know personally and turned them into “fans” who get as much delight in Bama losing than their own team winning.

BTW, I would not be bold enough to mock a coach who your team has lost to 42-6, and scored 12 points on in 2 years, and who has more trips to Atlanta and to the Playoffs, and to the Rose Bowl than your program does in the past 10+ years (2019 in the lone exception).

LSU has beaten Alabama in 2019 and 2010 in the past 20 years? Or am I missing one?

Why not wait until LSU actually beats them on the field (or at least isnt blown out by halftime) until you mock the coach?

No, it is not. That is your deranged perception as an Alabama fan because you believe the college football world revolves around you. It does not. Especially now. What year did you graduate from Alabama?
