Jeep owner here and love it. However check engine light is always on and I’m always having to fix something.

I'm just happy I sold enough of my AI stocks Tuesday to get back my initial investment so this is all profit left for me in the AI sector

why? You should always be diversified and when one sector goes down one goes up. If you believe in the stock why sell?

Im good. I got in at 30 and sold enough to get all my overall investment out which it was in the 120's so this is just house money the rest of time

Yes home prices are higher now but so are salaries. I just hope 25k a month will be enough to retire on in 25 years
