I doubt any of the lower seeds win round 1, but Bama and Miami would have the best chance. Bama has to feel like a cornered bobcat after that beat down . It worked for them at UGA the first time.

I think Miami has the highest ceiling out of the round 1 teams that arent tulane or James madison, but they also have the lowest floor. At parts of the season they looked like one of the top 2 or 3 teams in the country. I think they could get hot again and make a deep run.
I really like the top 4 this year though and would be surprised if anyone outside of those 4 made it to the national championship game, or even the final 4.

If we play a complete game for all four quarters, we can absolutely beat any team in the country. The problem is, that hasn’t even happened once this season, and now Klein is distracted with the K-State job.
I think we beat Miami, but unless Klein puts K-State on pause for the entirety of the playoffs, we’ll get embarrassed by Ohio State.
