The next coach at Florida will be in a better position than the next coach at Bama. Florida has sucked for 10 years, go coach behind Saban and lose a couple of games and see who has the better job.

Bama has never recruited to this level and never will again imo.

Yeah I think people are overrating Alabama's recruiting appeal without the Saban brand and the NFL factory that he's established.

Bama might even have the advantage in recruiting location. UF has schools from all over the country recruiting in their state. It’s not like they can build a fence around the state & cherry pick the best prospects.

Tuscaloosa is in a state that produces plenty of talent. They are also centrally located and have a heavy recruiting presence in the Pensacola area, Atlanta, and Memphis.

The school is in the middle of some of the biggest recruiting hotbeds in the country. Texas & S. Florida aren’t that far away either.

The whose entire booster club would sacrifice their own family to win games.

It's cyclical. Ask this question 10 years ago when Urban was winning championships and reeling in elite talent every year and the Gator brand was at an all-time high thanks to the football and basketball programs, the answer would have been obvious.

Urban was getting a ton of talent from out of state. Even out of region. Florida has way too much in-state competition now that even Urbs didn't have to deal with (USF & UCF).
