This is the most logical explanation.

If I were a Vols fan, I'd be super pissed. Very poor decisions at the end of regulation by Vols coaching staff. Why play for the field goal when you had plenty of time and seemingly moving at the ball at will at that point? FG should have been a fallback decision, not the primary strategy. At the very least they might have gotten the ball closer for a better chance to score.

Really? That’s a nice fairy tale

No, it definitely happened at Schulz Brau. It was a bubble gun. A lot of the UGA students there were absolute trash

This.

Play calling got too conservative after the strip sack. Mindset turned to playing not to lose. I do think that false start penalty right before the missed FG got in everyone’s head.

Max is a good kicker and I would’ve rather have the ball on whatever hash he preferred.

Hard fought game by both teams.

Vols don't just win, they win big. By 17 points at least.

You do realize that UGA had a couple of starters out for injuries, don’t you? They should be back soon from what I’m hearing so I’d wait about making judgements about our defense if I were you.

And TN was missing two starting corners. One a preseason AA. Also missing two best DTs. They had to play a DE in middle some.

Injuries happen you play with who you have and continue to get better. Both teams will improve over the season.

The worst part about yesterday were the UGA fans. One of the drunk UGA Sorostitutes literally stole a toy out of the hands of my three year old’s hands thinking she was funny

I literally had some drunk UT fans once grab a UGA hat off of my grandmother, throw it on the ground, douse it with lighter fluid and set it on fire and then try to kick the burning ashes on to my grandfather who was in a wheelchair.

But I don't think all UT fans are like that. You shouldn't judge UGA fans based on the actions of a few.

It was a push off, it's fine. It happens. Brazzell got one too.

Yep they were both hand-fighting. So it was a good no-call

It was a fun day,Vol. Lets do it again. Preferably when UGA is at full strength.

Can't wait for Jermod McCoy's return to the field. Tennessee's defense is completely different with him on the field.

I've only been on this site for around 14 years...out of my 21,000+ posts, I can't think of a single time I posted at 10:45 on a Sunday morning.

So it sounds like we're going with 'officiating' and "injuries"...got it.

Those are usually reserved for Mizzou wins over Tennessee....
