Sounds like they just need to reboot...

High School OT — The administration at High Point Central High School has decided to suspend its varsity football program, according to a report from FOX8 WGHP.

High Point Central finished the 2025 season with an 0-10 overall record. The Bison were shut out in every single game, which added up to a total scoring disadvantage of 523-0.

Anyone read the headline before clicking the link and wondering how the hell it's possible to score 523 points in one game?

Nope. Seemed pretty obvious what was meant.

Just a minor setback for a major comeback.

Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither was the High Point Central football program. They just need to hire the right coach and give him time to implement his culture and his system. I am a believer!

How is this even possible?

1000 students: 40% AA, 34% Hispanic, 13% Caucasian, 10% Asian.
Nice distribution, not what I expected to see.

You would think with 40,% AA they could field a decent team. But only 13% whites? That's crazy minority stats
user avatar
That is absolutely bananas

Is this some kind of special needs school or something?

It just does not make sense. The program obviously has only one way to go.

“High Point” ironically was no points.

Their opponents actually had the high points.
