What would Bama’s record be without SEC HQ being an hour down the road?

LSU would have beaten Florida State without Daniels, according to a lot of LSU fans af the time. NUSS4LIFE

7-5. It’s not like they wouldn’t have a QB and be playing 10 people on offense. I think the difference between Daniels and Nuss is 2 wins. Maybe three. Without Daniels, I think that LSU’s offense would have been more about ball control, which would have helped their defense.

Better question.

What is LSU's record if JD doesn't get code redded in the Bama game? Is he able to overcome being down 14?

Short answer, yes, he did it numerous times this year against Ole Miss, Arkansas, and Mizzou.

Bama played dirty, took him out of the game altogether and it worked out for them.

That is so lame and so old. Sure, the headquarters are right across town, practically, but it doesn't mean Alabama has any undue influence with them.

He didn't comeback from 14 down in the 4th quarter vs any of these teams

That’s like asking what would Bamas be without Bryce young of Florida’s record without Tim Tebow or Auburn without Can Newton and on and on.

This is a stupid topic of discussion

This is a stupid talking point. What would Alabama's record be without Milroe? I think we all saw in the USF game. There will almost certainly be a drop off on offense next season; however, Nuss is a good QB, has waited his turn and will have had the benefit of practicing with the ones for an entire off season. Who would have thought JD would have progressed so much since last year? Half of our fan base wanted him benched.

Truly a thing of beauty. And aging so well. It will provide years of joy for Alabama fans and a new topic for LSU fans to talk with their therapist about.

It's ridiculous that people think Alabama has some sort of influence on the SEC.

Given that Nuss would probably be the starter about what it is with Daniels. May have been some closer games but has LSU lost to anyone shocking? Daniels is amazing but it ain't like he is single handedly beating teams that LSU is an underdog to....
