Beamer Ball!

A block and a tipped ball on special teams, a pick 6, and a shut out in a 46-0 win. I'll take it!

Appears the golden age of Spurrier is long over, and now their program has returned to it's rightful place at the bottom of the East.

Nope. Funny you should say that AFTER we fired Muschamp. Fact of the matter is SC is on the "come up" as the recruits say. Nice new facilities and an overhauled staff signal better days ahead here. I guess my disdain for tigers isn't just directed at clemsin anymore. Between LSU, Auburn and clemsin tho there's not much left for mizzou. Your team is the least of the tigers
My last name is Hope so thats funny and fitting
I still care. A lot. I love the Gamecocks and although it goes almost completely against the grain with posters on here, I'm optimistic. I believe I'm more in line with most fans outside of the message board bunch. I don't give a damn about the board of trustees and don't believe they're the problem anymore. I think the situation has changed at Carolina. Since Spurrier and Hyman got the facilities improvements going its been different. The biggest problems right now are 1) the way Spurrier quit. His 2 to 3 year comment killed recruiting and momentum. 2) Hiring Muschamp. He destroyed what was left of team chemistry. His recruiting strategy left so many position groups in a bad way that its almost laughable. In comes Beamer. I feel he is the perfect person for the job. He doesn't view it as a stepping stone. His demeanor and attitude seem to be a hit with recruits and their families. He just has the right approach in my opinion. Hopefully it translates to wins sooner than later but we as fans need a little patience and less negativity. Certain areas of the roster are not good but the team has talent in lots of spots. I don't see that clemsin is that big of an obstacle to our success. The orange bastards are recruiting at a high enough level that we dont go after that many of the same recruits. And even when we do we still get some of em. The time for chicken little to yell the sky is falling is behind us. Muschamp and his stank are gone. I guess my outlook is like that of Sir Big Spur. A game rooster has no quit in him. He'll fight to the death. In 4-5 years i expect the program to be on its best footing since those 11-2 seasons and rising. There's no excuse.

I figure 5-7 but the optimistic side of me says 6-6 if most everything goes our way.

Yep. I do hate em. Its a bitter rivalry. One of my all time favorite days is when they found out that the person who smashed howards rock was a clemsin fan. All I'd heard was how it had to be a Gamecock. I talked so much shite that day! Dumbasses!

Deliverance & Clemson

Deliverance was filmed in Clayton Georgia, a mere 35 miles as the crow flies from Clemson. The final scene in the movie where they showed the valley being flooded was shot during the flooding of what is now Lake Jocassee SC, which is only 20 miles from Clemson as the pig squeals....Coincidence?!! I think not. Someone please gif Dabo into that clip! I dont know if he's Ned Beatty or the guy banging him tho hahaha

I think the biggest impact is having Muschamp take his place. Champ's loser stink is saturating Athens! Just watch! All this recent bad luck...The Muschamp effect.
South Carolina- Brain says 5-7. Heart says 6-6. Since money isn't involved I'm going with my heart. Gamecocks 6-6

The d line should be really good. Uknowns are mainly WR and the Secondary. The running game has Harris back and a healthy Marshawn Lloyd returning. T.E. should be a strength. QB has lots of potential. I also expect good special teams play. USC will upset someone for sure

Muschamp is going to bring his loser stink to UGA with him. Wait and see.

I freaking love what Beamer is about. Clemson recruits mostly nationally so SC gets its share of good SC kids. Also we are recruiting on a more national scale now. The northeast in particular.

Probably 2. 3 if luck is on our side. Honestly there are so many new faces, both players and staff, that i dont have a clue. We could potentially be really good or just as easily struggle badly. I think 5 overall wins with a possible 6th would be a good start.

South Carolina Post-muschamp

My thinking is that SC should win 1 to 3 more games just by not having him on the sidelines this season. I've read things here and there that make me believe there was a level of toxicity to team chemistry he brought to the table. His defenses at Carolina never hit on shite and we all know about his offenses. Is he just that bad as a head coach?
South Carolina has fired the first shot more often than not. I consider North Carolina to be yankees
