Right there with Deaf Valley. It's Neyland and those blue hairs don't make any noise at all according to the Vols. There's a loud collective "furk" when Booley comes out though.

For the Yankee. GFY tard. Your user name is still dumb.

You know is a stupid arse thread when you have mutts defending Florida's stadium.

One win in the SEC. Just one. And they are trying hard. Pretty pathetic.

dumb Yankee mizzou fans...why did we let them in the SEC again?

Because it was either them or the couch burners?

I know you are trolling dude but I will play along.

quote:

I think we need to re-rank the stadiums in the SEC. The Swamp isn't in the top 10 and "The Zou" moves into top 5

Swamp is in the Top 5 and the zzzzzzzzoo is the Bottom 5.

Jorts and Gonorrhea

How could you leave out Natty Lite?

quote:

Missouri probably has the worst stadium in the SEC. Maybe better than Vandy's or Kentuckys because I honestly forgot what they look like.

Vandy may have a small stadium but at least they have Nashville. Sorry if you forgot UK but the bourbon will do that to you. Dawgs have been making the daily double (Keeneland and Football) trip going back to your grandpappy's era. Mizzou has no bourbon or horses.

quote:

Well it is getting a facelift and will seat at least 80,000 by the time it's finished and it's a bowl stadium which is why it looks small from above and it never has this many empty seats. We were in the top 25 in attendance and have 10,000-20,000 less seats then the top 5 in the SEC

You are in the Top 25 only because Joker is at UK. Cats only seat 68K but they were getting 70 - 71 when gramps was coaching. Just because you have a big stadium does not mean you can fill it. Pre Joker UK was over capacity much of the time. Your first year in the SEC and you are not hitting 71K except for the big games :

09.01.12 Southeastern Louisiana : Faurot Field = 62,173
10.06.12 Vanderbilt : Faurot Field = 66,250
10.27.12 Kentucky : Faurot Field = 67,853

quote:

Mizzou vs. Florida 1966 Sugar Bowl 20-18 W All time (*2-0)

Man if you have to go back to the 60's for a win you just reinforce how weak you are. Florida was much easier to beat back in the 60's, heck even UK used to beat them back then.

quote:

Yeah well I'm not really that concerned we traveled to Texas 100,000+ and played in Arrowhead and that's the loudest stadium in the country.

Kyle is probably 20K less than DKR and I bet they make more noise than the wine and cheese crowd in austin. 100,000 in the land of the real orange or 100,000 in BD will be an eye opener on how loud 100,000 can be.

Gators gonna mow you like new grass

Congrats on your first SEC win but beating UK at home does not equate to beating the Gators in their home.

This reminds me of reading a general sports forum where a Kansas City Chiefs fan was talking about how college football venues weren't even remotely close to NFL stadiums in atmosphere and using a recent trip to a Kansas Jayhawk football game as his basis for comparison.

Arrowhead Stadium is undoubtedly a Top 5 NFL stadium in terms of atmosphere but it has nothing on the top SEC stadiums during a really big game.

The thing is no matter how loud it is he will come back on here and go on about how crappy it was.

He is the kind of guy that during a 3rd and 2 late 4th quarter at a night game in the Swanp between UF and LSU that is tied. Would say "eh not impressed, not that loud"

No matter the atmosphere it won't matter.

The issue is that it's an 11 o'clock game against a shite opponent that will be out of reach after the first quarter. Sorry to disappoint but I doubt Mizzo will ever get all The Swamp has to offer. Come to a UF vs LSU game if you wanna see what it's all about.

Yep, the atmosphere on Saturday is gonna suck. Noon game against a shite opponent nobody knows or cares about, coming off a loss, etc.

Plus these current Gator students/fans are pretty shitty & fairweather. Might not even sell out this game......

Have you been down to F'ville. Arkansas have one of the best stadiums in the SEC. I know you're trying to get kicks out of that sheesh.

Berry Stadium (high school) in NW Houston is a louder and more intimidating road venue than Mizzou.

Technically, Faurot Field's seating capacity is 63k. MU is averaging 68k/game this year which is 5k over capacity. 71,007 is the limit for SRO. Nobody but MU lists SRO as part of the "seating capacity."

Damn that Mizzou "stadium" does look like a HS field.

And FYI Mizzou fan: That Swamp pic doesn't do it justice.

Ok....I will be on University corner of the church parking lot right by the Holiday Inn where Mizzou team stays....the parking is 20.00...make sure you have plenty leftover in folding cabbage. I will be the guy with an attitude wearing orange and blue. Seriously, a senior in school? Save the 25.00 you can scrape up..let me know where you will be and I will pour you a strong drink..I tend to tailgate with the visitors at the church parking lot...its across from Holiday Inn. Will have 12 yr old stepson in tow and we will be throwing a football around. 12noon games suck.

Congratulations, you would've come in tenth in the SEC in attendance last year, just ahead of Kentucky - PRINT THE T-SHIRTS!

That link you posted shows MU would have been 8th in the SEC last year with this years attendance numbers. A&M wasn't in the SEC yet.

If just looking at last year's numbers vs the existing SEC teams, MU would have been 9th.

either way, adding a top 25 school seems like a good get for the SEC IMO.
