If Atlanta is worse than any place in Alabama times 5, when is Mobile set to host the Olympics?

That’s like saying you are home to the national flag football champions. Congrats!
But it's still a professional sports team, is it not?

If you are old enough to remember Kentucky had a pro Basketball team in the ABA. The ABA WAS Absorbed into the NBA but Kentucky was left out because it was to small of an market eventhough it had the highest average attendance.

GEORGIA — Georgia ranks among the worst states in the nation to raise a family, near the bottom at No. 41
Healthcare is ranked #43
LINK
Only #35 in poverty but #47 for lowest number of people insured.
Many list out that do not show Georgia as a state to follow to be on the of best.
However I did see that GA is ranked #2 in new HIV infections.

Made it clear in the original post that Kentucky and South Carolina are cool and not to be messed with.

Georgia currently has the #1 ranked team in College Football and the World Series Champions. How about those rankings?

Georgia also has 17 Fortune 500 companies. Alabama has zero. What’s up with that? Is your economy going to be okay?

Probably the same as a state that contains the hawks and Falcons without the embarrassment

Why didn’t you mention anything about the Atlanta Falcons?
Posted on 7/24/22 at 10:15 am to swinetime
Tell me about Arkansas’ NFL and NBA teams.

Like what? How the Falcons have won 2 NFC Championships. That’s two more than Alabama’s NFL team.

Kentucky has the Derby for pro sports and SC has Darlington.

Thank you for continuing to take the bait. Mississippi is actually the best place to live in the nation. We have fooled people and continue to do so that not too many people will move here.
In fact one of my best friends who is African-American relocated and then retired in MS about 15 years ago. He grew up and lived in DC. He loves it here but he tells his family in DC, “No no, you don’t want to move here “
In reality, he does not want any of them to come mess up his hegemony.
So you can keep urban mushroom that is Atlanta these days. We will be fine.
We have plenty of entertainment opportunities that don’t include college sports. Pro sports are available if we wish to view them. New Orleans just down the road.
Though, I rarely watch any pro sports these days. Baseball lost me when they cx the WS in 1994 (I think), NBA lost me after the glory years of the 70’s, 80’s and early 90’s, NFL when they let the Colts leave Baltimore in 1984.
So all is good here.

This puppy, if a true alum of Uga as he states he is, does not bode well for supporting higher education at the university.
