Another YouTube TV disconnect from Disney would keep me from watching, at home anyway.

For Kentucky fans, it's a little different, because we actually have an opportunity to win on a large scale now, if we actually go about it the right way.

I completely get it for those of you who support schools who didn't half arse football for decades and actually won consistently. The fatigue for us set in with Calipari's one and done bullshite. I cared less and less about college basketball every passing year because of him.

However, that era of CBB has also steeled and tempered us against this newfound era of CFB, and so that, combined with the fact we see a window of opportunity to compete nationally that wasn't there before, has us collectively a little more open to this new era than other traditional powerhouse fan bases.

I do agree with y'all about how all of these changes are horseshite. Buuuuut, it does open the door for Kentucky to win more if we don't frick the opportunity up.

We shall see.

You factor in how poorly Arkansas has performed and the NIL ruining the sport. It hasn't been too hard for me to skip a game or two.

It just feels off watching CFB now. There's no loyalty.

I watch about 20% of college sports now versus 15 years ago.

I don't even watch Auburn sports that much anymore. I've watched maybe 6 basketball games so far this year. Watching more Duke basketball than Auburn. My wife's family is all Duke. Fun sports family.

But it sucks. I am looking forward to football season and seeing how Golesh does... trying to be excited about that and have that to look forward to... but when I start thinking about all that money these overpaid players get and that every team in every sport is made up of of 95% transfers now, it makes me not like college sports at all.

College sports has lost it's magic to me. But I'll still watch it because I love sports.. It keeps me torn..

I'm already to the point where if I can find something better to do, I don't mind missing a game.

I've had less interest in college football the last 3 years than ever...This past season even more.

I stopped watching years ago. When the A&M football team and Kellen Mond decided to jump on the BLM wagon, I tuned out. I don’t miss it and will keep up with scores and stories but that’s about it. I will watch highlights on YouTube if we win, but that’s all I’m willing to do.

To each their own but I don’t miss it at all. The constant disappointment that is the Aggie football program is just not worth my time.

I already watch a lot less. Top be perfectly honest I often dvr any game I am interested in so I can speed through them in an hour or so. Used to plan the day around them.. Not anymore. Pretty selective about the games we go to at home and on the road.

The almighty chase to squeeze every last dollar out of something has totally changed the sport I loved the most. That's just me. The younger guys may love it.

I am mostly still watching because I know Kirby is probably the best coach UGA will have in my lifetime.

Once he retires, UGA probably goes back to the social club mediocre style we had in the 90s.
I'll be working in the yard or hitting the water

Honestly, the playoffs is what is killing the sport for me. This all-consuming quest to declare someone #1 beyond anything else.

Bowls used to mean something. Sugar Bowl was the SEC winner. Prestige for that.

Lots of teams will NEVER win the playoff, but used to play to win their conference.

It's NFL lite now, with about 100 teams as filler.

I'll continue to watch. But NFL has become more important to me just because of Fantasy football.

The season has to end. At that point, there’s nothing to watch.

Been slowly withdrawing.

That's not exclusively on the transfer portal, NIL, watered down CFP and the resulting lesser importance on regular season games or anything else. Life's priorities are just changing and CFB's changes make it easier to make other decisions besides planting my arse in front of a TV from Saturday mornings until the last MWC game goes final ot spending a shite ton of money to see "kids" play for my school then transfer to a rival in the off season.

I will still watch, but realize I'm now rooting for professional teams making more money than most working people to play a few games a year makes me a more casual fan.

Stop posting about it on here. That would be a good start.
