MTSU is critical. Lose that one and it could be a long, ugly season. But I have to say Tennessee. sure is sweet to beat them so frequently in the past 6 years. makes up for some of the other losses in the season.

Well, Alabama will definitely decline for a while after Coach Saban leaves.
However something for you to chew on, since 1924 Alabama has had 5 National title winning coaches and all but one won multiple titles.
Alabama actively searches for its next great coach when it does, and as history has shown it finds them.
When Coach Saban retires, only that great era is over, another one will soon appear....

Assuming Hogs can get by Eastern Illinois (first game) on talent alone, the next game against Colorado State is pretty critical. If we win that one, we have a shot at starting off 3-0. Third game is North Texas.
It could be a long year for the Hogs with the coaching AND total philosophy change.
I am only looking for 4 wins this year, 4th probably Tulsa.

Brother we treat you equally well when you are in town. This is the internet and sometimes some Bams fans shove our success in your face (frick em) but it really isn't often considering we have the second most amount of fans here. Nobody talks as much shite as LSU fans do even when you aren't really that good. It took O to taper you guys down a bit. Even your shite talking fans would be quick to grab a beer and shake your hand irl. So yeah, you are right but you let an alter douche make you think we are all just arrogant assholes that think we are better than you because of our football program. I am probably worse than most of your fans but it has nothing to do with football. Don't believe the stereotypes bro. We good people even if we frick our sisters.

There isn’t one. It’s be nice to get the LSU monkey off our back but really it’s just about win total and showing progress this year. If we get to 8 and show improvement then it’s been a good year.

Jimbo has a tough job changing the entire culture of the program in just one year. Year two will tell the tale. I wouldn't worry too much about winning in year one.
