They both think they deserve more money while the company loses millions each year.
Seriously, who watches those two shite shows?

The Late Show? A shite ton. Not my cup of tea but it’s been the king of “tame, normie humor” for ages.
Wasn’t the number one late night show for nothing.

Colbert is the most watched show in his time slot, so not a lot.

Still losing money. Gutfeld has an audience of 3 million and Colbert 2.4 million.
Carson had 9 million.
Colbert lost 50 million dollars. The WNBA only loses 10 million a year.

Difference: the WNBA has a huge new media rights deal kicking in next year.

Do you tube views play into those numbers or is it just tv numbers. Anytime I’ve seen Colbert it’s been on the YouTube channel when it shows up in the scroll bar.
I have never watched WNBA though, just not interested in it.

Colbert’s viewership has been decreasing for years. This past year though it has cratered. Who could have predicted that insulting and alienating 80 million potential viewers would hurt?

They’re both beloved institutions in Austin, TX.

I also read where the avereage age of his audience is over 65 years old.
I tried to validate this and ended up going to ChatGPT.
The most recent estimates indicate that the average viewer age for The Late Show with Stephen Colbert is approximately 68 years old

Colbert’s ratings were a disaster. The only demographic watching the nightly propaganda are same age bracket, and only age bracket that still consumes the daily propaganda from network news. It’s done.
The WNBA needs to be shite canned as well.

Both use phallus shaped sex toys even though they hate men?

Tge show had a staff of a couple hundred people and Was losing 40 million a year. They were hemorrhaging viewers. People are tired of the political bias. The episode where he had the dancing vaccines was an abomination

It’s like propaganda on the 2nd grade reading level, and it wasn’t working anymore.
