When a team is so much better than their opponents, wouldn’t they be considered having a weak SOS? If Vanderbilt played the same schedule as Texas this year, wouldn’t they be considered to have a “tough” schedule?
Texas can lose those 3 games and still be undefeated in the west. This winning the sec championship, then going to the playoffs.

Evidently you have never played baseball on a turf field. 95% of baseball players love turf because of the consistency of the conditions. Truer bounces. Consistency on conditions, rain or shine. Home team gets the benefit as well as they are use to the speed of the ball coming off the turf.

Can a team/coach contact a player on another team directly to see if that player might want to transfer?
For example: Could Sark call Perkins at LSU to see if would transfer to Texas? Or could it be done through an agent or AD instead? I know there is certain time periods where coaches and their staff cannot contact any players, either recruits or transfers.

Congrats atm! Guess yall were right. Texas can’t hold up over a full sec schedule. And they will finish in the middle of the pack. And they will only win 3-4 games this year. And manning can’t play NCAA football. And Stark isn’t a good coach. And they can’t win a night game in the sec. And your OL and DL will dominate Texas. And Texas can’t play defense. All I can say aggy, y’all are truly little brother.
