Ole Miss has 5 games that make me a little nervous this season (@Florida, Mizzou, @Texas, Georgia, and @Oklahoma).

The three that scare me the most are:

@Florida - coming off an emotional, yet confident, win against LSU the week before sets this up to be a letdown game in a tough environment. Night game is still on the table and that is still the loudest stadium I've ever been in. Not even close.

@Texas - Start of a tough four game stretch in a semi-hostile environment. Texas has so much talent but average coaching.

@Oklahoma - major letdown game if we beat UT, AU, and UGA in that four game stretch.

You should be very happy that Ole Miss is playing against Missouri. Ole Miss isn't losing that game this season.

Not bad. You'll get some nibbles on this one.

Have you seen our schedule? While we are trying to pull off a rebuild with basically an entirely new team?

Everyone but North Alabama scares us and we're nervous about them. We could be tremendously improved and still have a horrible record.

LSU

A&M - should LSU beat OM in Oxford, perfect spot for letdown game immediately following despite it probably getting hyped a ton as well and Baker's D usually struggles against running QBs

@Kentucky - Stein and UK with their revamped roster, bigger NIL investment, etc. could be a trap game for many a team Year 1 and this is in Lexington, gotta be on P's and Q's

@Auburn - always hard to beat Auburn at JH regardless of whether they're bad or good and Brown's a dual-threat QB, Baker's gotta make sure the D contains the running QB this season

Auburn: Golesh coming into knoxville and beating Heupel in Year 1 would be a bad start to the year

Bama: Heupels best achievement so far has being undefeated against bama in Knoxville. A loss would be bad for his fan support

@South Carolina: we have a bad history playing there and this game is sandwiched between bigger ones.

LSU:

Clemson - a loss here would be very deflating to the start of kiffin era
Alabama - they've had our number that last 18 years, and the majority of decades before that
Texas - late season game with likely playoff implications. The loser of this game may be sitting home in december.

Simmons and Lee will have the team ready for revenge. It's a sneaky game that we should win nicely.

REBEL5 AC is either the Ole Miss Locked On guy or an acolyte without no original takes.

Alabama

None. Getting Georgia, A&M and Auburn at home is big.
