I feel for the poor bastids that are forced into marrying these lost souls. Might as well hand over your nuts at the wedding.

All I have to say is the P better be worth it.

I don't go to them. My wife stopped even asking after I skipped her younger sister's wedding on the day of the Iron Bowl. Didn't even keep the kids either. I'm sure it was nice and all, in Orlando that time of year. They got married at Disney World.

I've never been to one in football season. I got married in May, between semesters, and the only ones that I've been to in the fall were actually in December, so it was that lull between conference championship games and bowl season.

Because most "men" are pvssies who cower before the b1tches who are suffering from the "pampered princess" syndrome.

Could be worse. I have to drive to Cincinnati tonight for a wedding tomorrow at the exact same time as the Alabama game. I wont know anybody there, the bride and groom are both friends of my fiancee.

The only plus is that there will be large quantities of free booze.

No you didn't. Unless it was your wedding, or your child's, you don't "have" to go to any.

A cousin?

What the frick? How is this even possible? I mean the pastor should intervene at this point and dog this thing off to at least Sunday unless the Saints are playing of course, which they weren't that day. They played Monday night, which was also a glorious game. Ingram actually played decent.

I don't mind missing fall weddings. People know A YEAR ahead of time when your respective school plays and they also know where a majority of their friends went to school and know where they play. I have only missed one state game in years for a wedding and that is because I was the best man

Very good friend of mine is getting married next weekend. The bride came in my store yesterday and I told her how stupid they were and that I hope it's a pretty wedding. I'll be tailgating on the Quad all day for the Arkansas game.

Congrats on that marketing strategy but wisely spoken.

I had to go to a wedding last year during the SEC Champ game. During the reception there was one television in the back with the game on. All 60 people were watching the TV. Kinda felt bad for the bride. Sorta. Nah. She was a Barner. Rawl Todd.

ill go if the wedding is on a friday. I dont mind a good friday night party before a game.

if its on saturday it better be on a bye week for LSU or I will not show up. I even turned down being the best man in my cousins wedding because he did it during bowl season and i couldn't make the commitment to be there 100 percent since bowls hadn't been announced yet

No biggie. It'll just be a HUNH wedding. Gimmicky, but at least the offense gets off the field quickly.

Don't try this on the wedding night, btw. You'll lose by a lot of points.
