I understand people vote top of the ticket. This is not that. This is the 5th office down and there were 3 statewide elected office at the top of the ticket that were skipped.
I’m not saying they are fraudulent votes. But I do think they were taken there specifically to vote for that single cand...

Smoke in your lungs is never good. There are healthier ways to get you your meds....

There are plenty of laws that do the same.
Mail fraud, murder, money laundering, etc… its treated the same under the 4473
Again, I’m not saying it’s right. I personally believe the threshold of stripping someone’s constitutional rights should be extremely hard to do and reserved for violent cr...

I’ve always had a problem with “medical” marijuana. At no point should a doctor tell you to put smoke in your lungs. :lol:
There are plenty of other ways a doctor can prescribe THC without someone having to put smoke in their lungs....

The Supremacy Clause has been in our constitution since its founding. Marijuana is illegal federally therefore the state’s view is obsolete.
ETA: just stating a fact, I am not agreeing with the governments definition of a prohibited person...
