I'd add UGA to that list if we're talking about football.
UGA has passed Tennessee in all-time wins and SEC football titles in recent years. UT still has a small lead in winning percentage, but much of that is due to pre-sec results. From 1933 on, UGA has a solid lead there as well.

Why does it bug you? I see most fan bases are scared Tennessee will rise back to power. If the fans around the SEC, were not scared of Tennessee they wouldn’t be always attacking Tennessee. I know the 90s were hard on all the SEC Fans. Plus, worry about your own team.
