Probably more. B1G is negotiating a deal and their number probably goes up substantially.

Right now, with the addition of OU & Texas, the SEC expects to pay out about $60 million. That's significantly less than the Big 10 -- as of now.

The B1G will be printing money. The SEC will be a distant second in revenue.

The last 6 addictions have been very meh. I mean it’s nice to have UofSC and Mizzou penciled in as Ws. Arky keeps saying they have Walmart money but honestly it seems more Walmart shopper money than Walton family money. TAMU was supposed to be a great SEC ready addition but they have been very meh overall. OU and TU are supposed to get folks excited but so far it’s just the new SEC western schools that are impressed by them.

UNC, Clemson, FSU, VA, GaTech are the direction we should be looking.

And the BIG will continue to get blown the fvck out by the SEC in the playoffs every season.

Great, count your money and the SEC will count their trophies.

Big 10-"Hey SEC, we are making twice the money you are making

SEC- "Hey Big 10, we won the NC in football and baseball this year alone"

Wonder which conference will be happier...

The SEC new deal is already in place and begins in 2024. You're stuck with that money for 10 years.

quote:

According to Sports Business Daily, which first reported the agreement last December, the package is worth in the neighborhood of $300 million per year. CBS is currently paying $55 million per year for the package and is expected to hold onto the rights for the three seasons remaining on its contract.

Oh is that what Tennessee has been doing?

10-10 against the two in the last ten years and 6-4 in the last five isn't what I'd call "penciled in wins."

Which translates to how much money in your pocket? I don't give a shite how much money your shite snow-covered school makes. And I really don't understand why it matters to you either. You still haven't been able to compete on the field.

that’s precious. Arky making fun of Ohio State as if you’re in our hemisphere.. That fancy A on your hat doesn’t stand for Alabama you ignorant turd farmer. Arky is somewhere between Minnesota and Indiana in the Big 10.

Just a question, How many NC has Ohio State won in the last 50 years in the big 3 sports?

POOR Lincoln , he thought he landed a cushy spot in the weakest power 5 conference. Now he is looking at Columbus Ohio for a cold November 11 am game.....but at least he does have that 6 hour flight for the Friday night game at Rutgers......
