Top 5 defense in CFB and Mateer has already shown elite defenses can't stop him, yes Michigan has an elite defense and Martindale is a top 10 DC in CFB. Oh and nobody in the SEC is prepared to defend that offense because Oklahoma portaled Wazzu's scheme

What do you want? PFF grades? Stats which will be slightly bloated due to 1/3 of their games being against Mateer? They're extremely well coached, run a complex NFL scheme(Martindale should still be a DC in the NFL tbh) and it's Michigan, they have elite athletes. New Mexico's run game is P4 quality and they held them to 50 yards on 28 carries

Michigan has several NFL guys on their DL. Most of them ended up on their backsides during our game, but they're going to end up playing on Sundays. Lots of talent.

Unfortunately, I don't think our lines of scrimmage are at a championship level (either side). The rest of the team might be, but LOS is pretty important. I would love to be proven wrong.

Don't count out the Ags or Tennessee. The ags have issues on defense but I saw a lot of potential in that ND game.
Every team in the SEC has question marks, I wouldn't put money on any team winning it right now. It's wide open.
