Historically, UGA and USC both have been widely known as "RBU".

They still are.

Lets clarify the criteria for PositionU anything.

Is it the production from college or the NFL ?

Miami should get an honorable mention. Gore, McGahee, Portis, James are the first few Canes that immediately come to mind.

I can look back, but I think Auburn, Georgia, Bama, and LSU have had about the same amount of 1,000 yard rushers over the past 40 years.

Its not historically, its what you are now.

Regardless, who are even the historically great NFL RBs from UGA? Herschel Walker? Is he even in the top 50 NFL RBs of all time? I can name five other schools that have put out better RB players in the NFL than UGA.

NFL. Declaring yourself XU is an indication that your school has produced this talent in the NFL

If you go historically yes. Its more a current thing tho. Miami would probably be 1 or 2. Florida, USC, Notre Dame all have more a claim historically

Currently undoubtedly it is Bama

How many super bowls in this list? Not trolling you, I just don't want to look it up and maybe you have a guesstimate.

The only place I’ve seen UGA referred to as “RBU” is this board

I just looked at the all time NFL rushing list and it is incredible how many Hurricanes are on that top 50. All the guys you mention plus Ottis Anderson

Without looking it up, Terrell Davis was superbowl mvp.

Is that the kind of stuff you are looking for?
