We already have. He was going for a fumble.

Where is this fumble you speak of in the OP?

That's definitely not what Crow was talking about here.

It is also interesting when people watch the video, vs. just looking at the image. If Sony cuts back inside there (which Kublanow had no idea if he was going to do that) it would just look like a normal (maybe slightly dirty) cut block where the Vol player unfortunately got injured.

I still think it was a little bit of a cheap play, but it wasn't Kublanow diving at the knee that injured him, it was the way Tuttle came down after. I feel awful for the kid and hope he recovers fully. I'll try and find an address to send him pictures of Beyonce in the mean time to try and make up for it.

What UGA did to UT was deplorable and has no place in the game.

This is what people don't realize. Look at the still image. Kubs' helmet is in FRONT of tuttle and his shoulderpad is on the dude's left buttocks. It's not like he did a nose dive directly into his knee.

It was just a crappy play, just like Gurley's ankle injury against LSU was crappy...it's football and sometimes people get hurt. It wasn't malicious and ut fans are just looking for something to whine about, which is odd since they won.

You know how I know you never played football? You don't know the difference between a cut block and a chop block.

So you're one of those guys...

Well I mean you don't call an interception a touchdown do you? Different things have different terms, and OP clearly doesn't know the difference in the 2...

Yep, his head is in front. Looks like a perfectly executed legal cut block to me.

So true. No chop block at all and Sony could've cut inside. Guy was just trying to do his job. Acting like this is malicious is just fricking stupid.

The only thing I see dirty about that play is the POS UTk player diving at sony's ankles as he's going out of bounds. Also can some one post the video of the Tennessee player taking our offensive lineman out? I think it was reeves maybin.

Ours definitely looks worse than the Reeves-Maybin one (you know, considering he was diving on a loose ball...), but the more and more I watch it, the more it looks like he hit him in the side of his arse, and it was just crappy luck. I thought it was a really dirty hit at first but I'm not sure anymore.

Yes. I honestly I don't remember if he was diving for a fumble or not. Could someone post it?

Touche

Although, it wasn't a Tennessee fan who started this thread, just sayin.

Look, I don't think the lineman was intentionally trying to injure Tuttle, but it was a bad block, should have been penalized, now let's move on.
