Georgia has the same number of wins against Alabama since 2007 as Vanderbilt.

Well played.

First 2 loss sec champion since the CFP started.
Should 2 loss SECCG winners be excluded for competing for the national championship?

I think you could argue that Georgia earned their way to Atlanta more than they had the previous 5 years. We didn't say you couldn't win, we just said you couldn't coast.

We didn't beat Tennessee?

The truth is, we did get beat by Bama, no excuses. BUT, we rebounded, beat Texas twice, won the SEC and went to the playoffs.

Meanwhile, Bama lost to Vanderbilt the next week, got pummeled by a 7 loss Oklahoma team, missed the playoffs and ended up getting beat by a 5 loss Michigan team in the Whatever Bowl.

ND was an incredible team, not overrated like ND teams typically are.

What? ND was a good team who was too small to compete with OSU on the LOS.

Prior to the game, beat writers for OSU said there was a significant difference physically between the 85 guys for ND in 2024 and Bama 2014//Bama2020 and UGA 2022 when OSU played those 3 teams. Then OSU dominated until the admittedly took their foot off the gas halfway through the 3rd up 31-7

You lost more games than the last three years combined, I'd say it definitely caught up to you

Me talking up Notre Dame is an off-handed compliment to OSU so I'm confused why you still take offense.

You buckeyes are dumb. I've yet to meet a smart one.

That's one way to look at it. 11-2 SEC Champs is a down year for Georgia.

Now that Auburn isn't locked into the incredible impossible gauntlet of an SEC West schedule, what's Auburn's excuse?

Georgia was 3-2 vs the former SECW last season.

What is the "it" that caught up to us?
It certainly wasn't Auburn.

We suck bfd, doesn't change the fact UGA benefited massively from playing in the East for the last 15 years when UF and UT both were way down.

IDK... I wouldn't consider a team that lost to Kentucky and lost to Florida with a chace to make the CFP "good".

UGA lost to two mid teams last year and had 4 wins over CFP teams. Getting bounced in the quarters was indicative of how Georgia performed last season.

UGA was also lucky to have had the Barn as its crossover.

What is the last year Auburn didn't lose to Georgia?

UGA had losses to 2 former West teams. This was the most SEC losses since 2019. That seems retry significant.

And Alabama had two losses to former SEC East teams. So, what was your point, exactly?

Texas lost two games to a former SEC East team.

Should we go on?
