Mike Anderson didn't completely dismantle Arkansas basketball the way Billy Kennedy did.

Looks like Bjork locked in on his guy. Don't think Lsu would beat us out for Schloss.

I mean none of us want Schloss. In fact, we were worried he might distract from other candidates. But sure, go off

Is that the smoke coming out of CS? I hadn't heard anything.

Would be a great hire.

All indications point to Schloss. I'd actually prefer Vitello because he's slightly younger and I have this nagging suspicion that we'll be competing with him for 20 years, but you can't really criticize hiring Schlossnagle. We did make a run at Tadlock, but that was always going to be a longshot. After an acrimonious divorce, and failing to get the facility upgrades that he wanted from TCU, Schloss is evidently ready to leave and wants the A&M job. Getting out of town, and into the SEC, but not too far from his kids.

The players from last years Elite 8 team were all Muss players.

Buzz did get a guy that was an Anderson player and couldn’t see the floor so congrats?

OTOP reported Schloss to A&M a couple of weeks ago. Guess that was bullshite too.

You're allowed your opinion. But the guy is 50 and been to the CWS 5x. His resume is about as strong as anyone not named Corbin or Sully. Right up there wilt McDonnell, DVH, Tadlock, Savage, & O'Conner.

Chris Peterson. Boise St head coach that no one could get to leave.

That had a lot to do with the location. His son has to be treated for something, I don't remember what exactly, and they had one of the best treatment centers near by.

Although the total sequence of events was hilarious.

USC tries to hire Peterson, Peterson turns them down.
USC hires Seven Win Sark away from Washington.
Washington hires Peterson.
Sark just getting finished with the Saban rehab clinic after a disastrous run at USC, Peterson took Washington to the playoffs.

Then why do you feel the need to defend the hire?

Over guys like Vitello, Godwin, Heefner, Jarrett, & Bakich? Yes.

Over Corbin or O'Sullivan? Nope.
