I’m not jealous of the decisions he’s going to make with respect to the pitching staff. Right now Schmidt is a lock. Moore may or may not be back. Evans never really showed enough while he was healthy to the point I’d go into next year with him penciled in as a 1 or 2 guy.
He’s going to need to land in my opinion 2 starter types and figure out how to keep everyone happy after the fact.

Sucks when this pitching staff had so many arms that were poised to make jumps and few did…that and your #1 and #2 starters being out for a majority of SEC play is a recipe for disaster.

The freshmen/sophomore class really has been the best nucleus the last two weekends.
This core is not a bad starting point for next year. Scrap everyone else besides Yamin if he wants back.

People are just being pissy. If they can add 1-2 more top line relief options in the portal and keep 1-2 top line freshmen they’ll be more than fine pitching.
