Sexual battery would actually be a perfect fit for Tennessee. Took a kid who raped his own cousin a few years ago

Pretty vague but would make sense regarding the timing and everything else (i.e. the possibly hard to convict potential felony charge).

I think that is the favorite line at this point but if the rape happened on saturday it would have been known to the UF folks yesterday. The odd thing is the postponement, that seems odd for just a rape in the modern football world. We have become accustomed to it.

Not necessarily. They may have had to do a lot of investigating before making the arrest.
The PC May have been cancelled, as some have suggested, because they heard about it right beforehand and wanted to prepare a response.

Well, with this hitting the internet around the noon news cycle, it will probably be on PTI by night cycle. Late presser today gets ahead of that, waiting till tomorrow means being behind someone else.
