Yes. Lost 12 lbs of fat, gained 8 lbs of muscle since January with CrossFit + prioritizing protein in my diet. 172 lbs to 168 lbs total weight. More specifically I was using 30-40% protein, 30-40% carbs (rice, sweet potatoes, etc) and roughly 20% fat. I hate keto so stayed away from that. ...

A local politician (Anna Eskamani) posted support for the judge on FB. She's being obliterated in the comments. Was refreshing to see. She should have left this one alone. I like Anna as she does some good stuff for the local community, but the support here is aggregious....
