Either her or him.
You do know yesterday that it was reported that she was the agressive with also another male student correct? Seems like all the crap goes her way.
Wasn't it pretty convenient of this to happen immediately after the Florida win against Tennessee?
So far, there's nothing to say he is lying, but there is about her.

Certain allegations, yes. Rape is one of those where you're almost guilty until proven innocent.
Just the opposite. Rape is notoriously difficult to convict. 99% of the time it's a he said/she said case.

Guess this means FL over LSU this weekend and FL will not have hope the waterboy can play QB.

I'm talking about the court of public opinion.

UF fans when FSU finds no wrongdoing with Jameis Winston: "Cover up! Rape! Forced Sex U!!!"
UF fans when UF finds no wrongdoing with Treon Harris: "His rep is so damaged, this is unfair"
k
EDIT: ftr I'm not saying Harris did anything. If they're withdrawn they're withdrawn, dude is innocent, move along. Double standard is still amusing

There is a considerable difference. One of these matters was dealt with immediately, the other one not so much.

Treon probably didn't practice all week so who knows.

They were handled in different lengths of time, yeah, but the end result is still the same, and to an outsider without any vested interest either way, I don't see any reason to be any more convinced that FSU covered anything up than that UF did. I don't think either was covered up at all.

FSU sat on it forever and Winston didn't get punished at all.
At least Florida had the balls to immediately suspend Harris while the incident was investigated.

I doubt he plays tomorrow. If I remember correctly, he wasn't allowed at practice or at the facility. He will not know the game plane.

quote:That's laughable. Maybe not so much as to the university itself, in the Winston case, but there's no doubt that the police actively worked to cover that case up. Not so in the Harris case.

Process matters. The authorities in Gainesville did it right. The authorities in Tallahassee completely fricked it up.

I'd agree with this.

You think it is simply because of rivalry? There is a considerable difference in how these two accusations were handled, I don't see any hypocrisy in the way UF fans have reacted. For the most part everyone has been in a wait and see approach, respectful of the accuser and letting the investigation take its course.
