Boone is a great town. Also Sylva and Dillsboro, NC on the smoky mountain pkwy are also hidden gems. Sylva just implemented an open container law where you can walk around downtown with an alcoholic beverage from business to business. There are 4 breweries in the walking area of downtown alone.

Just relocated for good 10 mins outside Asheville, NC with awesome long range mountain views and couldn’t be happier...

$3.69 in Franklin, TN but if you go 20 minutes into Nashville it’s at least 30 cents cheaper...

We bought at the end of March this year outside Nashville and ours is worth $156,500 more than we paid then. We could get every bit of that if not more. It’s nuts....
