This one was pretty loud (although the video doesn't do it justice).

Arenas

I'd love to have him returning punts again.

For the games I've personally gone to:

1. 2003 - LSU vs UGA. Skyler Green endzone catch.

2. 2007 - LSU vs UF. LSU scores touchdown. On tv timeout, USC score is announced, Tiger Band being clutch and playing pregame.
LINK

3. 2000 - LSU vs Tennessee: Rohan Davey pass to Robert Royal pass in OT.

I wasn't there but have heard that the 2011 Bama/LSU game was pretty loud.

It was really loud. Until everyone thought that Ford had ran for a TD in OT, you could hear a pin drop then.

I'm going old school

USC 1979: When Ronnie Lott says its a game that stands out from all of his career in college and pro, well it means something

FSU 1982: When the Oranges started flying out of the stands and the fog rolled in the Seminoles were done

Notre Dame 1971: Locked the gates and weren't opening them until the Irish were stewed

Not discounting any others mentioned just adding some history

I don't think any state people have answered yet.

The loudest I have heard DWS was when Anthony Johnson ran back an interception over a hundred yards right before half to take the lead against Bama.

When Jonathan Banks did the same thing against Tebow right before half it might have been louder, but I wasn't there. I would bet that those are the top two.

#1. End of 09 UT game
#2. Pick any big moment from the 05 UF game
#3. 03 Oklahoma?

2. 2009 Rocky Block- VERY close second.
3. 1989- Siran Stacy goes 70 yards against UT.

2010 War Memorial Stadium

LSU vs Arkansas, Cobi Hamilton's halftime miracle was so loud it was painful

and I have to give the LSU fans props, they brought a shite ton of people up and when we were on offense they sounded like a regular crowd calling for defense. It was an awesome atmosphere in that tiny bowl stadium.

No one ever mentions this one, but I can about guarantee it is the loudest JH has ever gotten for a sack. Also, I think this game ranks in the top 5 loudest games ever at JH.

AU/FSU 1990 on old teeny tv.

LINK

Dye also goes nuts celebrating the sack then tries to calm the crowd down because AU still had to try to score to win.

The loudest and best in game experience I have ever had was 2009 Ole Miss game. Crowd noise caused at least three false starts in the 4th quarter crowd getting louder after each one. It was amazing!

The LSU student section started a LSU chant during the tv timeout after the UGA 90 yard td tied it up.
I remember thinking the culture had totally changed when this happened. We didn't hang our heads because the other team had a chance to win. We believed.

I remember that pick 6 against LSU in '03. I've never heard a stadium louder than that after that touchdown.
It was very loud that day. That INT was pretty much worst case scenario. I had to retreat from the student section after my friend's date started telling her he was gonna kick my arse if I didn't leave.

#1: 1988 Earthquake Bowl vs AU

#2: When they announced the USC score during the 2007 UF game.

#3: Skyler Green's TD vs UGA

same here.

I would add as honorable mentions:
2012 Bama @ LSU
2007 vs VT, early in the game (before it became a blowout)

That was my last game as a student and the loudest I've seen Kyle Field. I cried like a bitch after we won.
