He was good in his first few years. He either got neutered by cbs production for calling plays before they happened or stop caring with big contract or maybe both

Peak aura with Oakleys

Gas prices rise quickly because stations expect to pay more for new inventory, but they lower prices more slowly while selling higher-cost inventory already in their tanks
In the late 70s what is now Battery Park in lower Manhattan was a temporary beach.

It’s incredible how after all the purges this level of intel still leaks. Human nature I guess

Good finale.

Did Alamo’s bodyguard know Ali? Maybe from the meetings? Wondering I missed something.

This the darkest material that’s come out on a mainstream platform in a while.

Campy and absurd but the deep despair all the characters find themselves in is intense and nauseous to watch.

I’m entertained

Then why are we actively negotiating with them?

This show injects the worst of the worst of modern American culture into your veins. It’s so vile that you can’t help but keep watching.
Rose should win this. He keeps hanging around. Its time.

Milei eliminated the housing crisis in Buenos Ares in 10 months by greatly reducing zoning restrictions on building new housing, eliminating rent controls, and reducing restrictions on cohabitation. No reason to think a similarly radical approach couldn’t have similar results in NYC. Our housing shortages in this country tend to be caused by artificially restricting the supply of housing and making insane demands upon developers to eliminate potential expansions of housing stock. This is all to protect older residents and existing landlords.

Thomas Sowell covers this in depth in one of his books. Forget which one.

While agree I think this is better applied to places like California with vast amounts of land to build that is currently restricted.

Starvation is a great motivator. When that is removed, everything breaks down. These "migrants" are not any harder workers than anyone else. They are just more motivated, because starvation is a possibility for them. I've said it in these threads before, but Elon fricking Musk would be out there shelling crawfish himself if that's what it took for him not to starve.

Brutal truth, but politically impossible to happen.

The melting over this is bizarre. Genuinely. It’s like people don’t know how trades work

Agreed. Do people not understand due diligence? When you sign to buy a house but your inspector finds out the foundation is fricked, will you still close on the house? No.

This! I want to understand how they find these people and train them.
