RFK, Jr. visited Tubs today in DC as part of the confirmation process and this was the staged photo released to national media.

Poor Brodie. Don't think I've ever seen a dude catch so much flack for having a Swiss cheese OL.

Interesting loyalty to a school that threw his arse to the curb, and tried to do it years earlier than they did.

Brodie runs Big Oak Ranch now for foster children.

Tuberville is still a piece of shite.

Brodie wins.

Always was, always will be.

Hack of a coach that was only able to be relevant temporarily due to NCAA sanctions on Bama.

There is no doubt this is the highlight of Auburn’s 2024 season.

He did. A while back. He and Tee are taking more time to enjoy their grandkids.

Actually, the "school" didn't try to throw his arse to the curb, it was a couple of moronic power brokers who tried to pull of the coup.

And you probably don't have enough of a clue about the situation or else you would remember that the Auburn community was enraged at the attempted coup and gave Tuberville overwhelming support (which was rather pedestrian before the coup attempt) after that. After the news of the coup became public, Tuberville expressed immense gratitude for the support the Auburn people showed him afterwards.

As far as when he was actually fired/released after the 2008 season, it was apparent to everyone with a clue that his run at Auburn was over...especially after Julio Jones changed his commitment from Auburn to bama. He saw the writing on the wall with Saban in Tuscaloosa and was actually relieved that he wouldn't have to compete with Saban's recruiting.

I'm not a Tuberville apologist. While I do admit to liking him, I was very disappointed when I heard the story about him leaving in the middle of a dinner with a Texas Tech recruit after receiving a phone call from and accepting a job from Cincinnati. If true (I never fully trust any news story reported), that is pretty disgusting. However, I also think that there is much more to the story than what was reported...especially since the story pretty much died shortly afterwards.

I remember Julio being down between Alabama and Oklahoma. He didn’t commit to anyone until signing day
