He has never won anything of significance and Never will. He would still argue it was the right thing to lock the kid up in a shed in hot as hell southern Texas.

It's a LIE.
The kid and his sleazeball dad orchestrated it.

I hate Tech and am no fan of Leach, but Adam James is a lyin little shite that cost a man his job.
And Lubbock ain't south Texas.

One decent wide receiver?! They threw for a single game passing record in week one!
He obviously has players.
This is the most talented team he's ever had is what I thought I heard. Which should tell you how bad recruiting is gonna be

Run out of ways to melt about Auburn, so now you're melting on behalf of other teams?

THE DAMN SHED WAS AIR CONDITIONED AND HAD AN ICE MACHINE IN IT!!!!!
Adam James had a concussion, was cleared by the team doctor as being ready to play, he showed up on the sideline at practice in sunglasses saying that he didn't think he was ready to play, and Leach who was already tired of this kid and his daddy acting entitled told him to get his arse off the sideline and let the players who wanted to play work!
Leach is a mean sumbitch at practice. The flakiness is real in some ways but is an act when it comes to getting down to business and getting his team ready to play.

After three games it is hardly the time to evaluate Leach. The offense game plan is not the problem. We had plenty of opportunities against Arky/UK but failed to execute.
Just like we were not as a good as we appeared against LSwho , we are not as bad as we looked against Arky/UK.
Now I have no idea what will happen against A&M. They should blow us out but....

Stop making excuses. Neither Arkansas or Kentucky are great and LSU is th second worst team in the league. Offense is Mike Leach's baby but he is the infant in a conference full of grown men.

No excuses. The plan was fine but the players on the field failed to execute it. Simple as that.

And he should work on instead walking around acting like a politically correct corporate pussy?
Harry, come on now. You can read better than this. I didn't say he was bad . What I said is, "this is why nobody wanted to hire him."
I'm not making any comments on his ability to win games. I freely acknowledge he may do well and his historical record indicates about 8 wins per year. (although I think it's actually less and I'm giving him benefit of the doubt)
I'm merely remarking on the fact that optics and politics play a role and he, while entertaining, is terrible in these regards. And like it or not, they do in fact play a large role in his inability to get a job in the SEC over these last 10+ years despite applying for every vacancy.
