The Vandy kicker half time speech

I was somewhat on board with the whole Sarah Fuller thing until I heard about the half time speech. Did they really let someone that won a women’s soccer league championship address an SEC football team and tell them essentially “how winning is done.”? This is asinine, my 5th grade basketball team went undefeated, do I get to address the team at halftime this week to berate them and tell them how to win?

She’s probably the top candidate for the head coaching position at this point. I mean she’s accomplished so much in a short time already.

That "Championship" is actually a SEC thing. The SEC has a Fall season but the "real" NCAA championship is played in the Winter/Spring part of the year.
It's a few steps above a football Spring season. They play a short schedule and finish it with a tournament. Arkansas and Texas A&M tied for the season championship. Vandy won the tournament. Shame on Arkansas and A&M.
I know, I know any championship is a good thing but this one was just among us in the SEC.

Going 0-fer got Mason fired. My only question is whether this was a stunt by Mason to try to keep his job or set himself up for another job, or was it Vandy admin throwing it out there as cover for firing their black coach?
