Bobo certainly seems like the weak link for UGA.

Do you realize that in this century LSU has won 3 titles and played for another. Florida has 2. Auburn won 1 and played for another. This only UGA and Bama talk shows your ignorance of this conference.

Who gives a shite about conferences?

Especially now. When they're not remotely regional, especially the Big10 and Big12.

Hell the SEC is pinning all their hopes and dreams on Texas this year....

When for years SEC fan has said Texas ISN'T Southern!

One season out of the last two dozen or so.

Stop hyperventilating. This season is an outlier.

What matters about conference, is that it determines how we all get into the playoffs. If we are 10-2 and a B1G team is 10-2, I would like to have the SEC prestige push us in over the B1G team. The last 2 years have not helped the SEC brand at all.

Obviously I want all you fricks to not win a title. It makes it easier to out recruit yall and prevents the bragging rights.

But a B1G team winning 2 years in a row makes it harder for my team to win since it creates brand bias (which we have benefitted from). If this shite happens again next year we are looking at a avalanche

This isnt one year. Its two years in a row.

Which SEC team looks like a title contender next year? Lagway is great but Florida doesnt have the full roster to be a serious title contender. Across conference, the QBs suck. There needs to be drastic improvement in QB development.

Im pissed we decided to run it back with Nuss. Nuss is a comfortable 7 to 10 win season, with a hardcap at 10. Not good enough to win multiple hard games in a row.

Was the ACC premier when Clemson or FSU was winning championships? Remember the Buckeyes were ready to fire Ryan Day this year . Penn State had one score wins against .500 teams like bowling green, USC and Minnesota.

Less about the people than it is about the money. No SEC state is in the Top 25 in per capita income: Wiki States Per Capita Income

I think we all knew parity was coming, it's by design. Other than us, eople didn't like the SEC owing college football for two decades.

If by design, you mean a Supreme Court ruling, yes, that’s true.

It is one year. You may be correct, but you can't go off of one fricking year.

Notre Dame is a better team than Penn State. Texas will have a home field advantage over Ohio State.

Yeah, that's bullshite. LSU, Florida and Auburn have all won championships in this century making 5 SEC schools. The next closest conference has 2.

It’s a different sport now even from 2 years ago because of the portal and NIL. Can’t even really compare from before 2022

Equal amount of huge brands, arguably more in the SEC.

SEC with two of the top three most populated states in the country and but for California, overall populations of both conferences would be similar.

Also, considering that the SEC covers more than third of the country, it’s a bit of a reach to say it’s regional.

Exaggerate much?

It can and has, but your point is not invalid. It is difficult to sustain down years for 4 of the big 6.

What is with the vagina monologues regarding the SEC?

The fact of the matter is that NIL has forever changed the landscape of college athletics. It used to be the best players committed to the best schools, but now all you need is a large enough collective with enough cash, and you can literally buy your team.

The SEC may not be at the norm that people have been experiencing the past 10-20 years, but please don't come in and claim shite based on a season.
