Could only muster 3 points in the second half.

Face the truth, you’ll be better off for it.

Everything else is just excuses…

Not capitalizing on Bray’s interception and Russell having an off game didn’t help. UGA’sD pressure had a lot to do with that second point.

I think Grubb got away from the running game at the oddest times in that game. We were getting five yards a carry and then he’d try to get cute with passes in the flat that would either get nothing or end up being a loss. Frustrating as hell.

We beat bama in every statistical category except penalties (we were penalized notably more).
We hade 105 more total yards of offense. Thats pretty darn substantial.

The Alabama offense has scored 24 points in the last two Georgia/Alabama games

24 points in the last 10 quarters, if you want to go back further than that.

Could UGA's defense be part of the reason for that?

And they've scored a grand total of 10 points over the last 3 second halves combined.

Not gonna win many big games if you are ice cold the entire second part of the game.

Finish the sentence. The reason Bama only scored 3 points was due to PI. Would have been a TD otherwise.

It’s almost like the missed calls in big moments matter.

I got a feeling we'll see them again in the SECCG. It'll be another slobber-knocker. They'll be coming for revenge. But we'll, hopefully, have our top 2 RBs back. Not that Phillips and Walker didn't prove last night they can carry the load without them.

Exactly! Bama couldnt sustain and match UGA intensity + Bama mistakes in crucial times caught up to them.

Both teams committed enough errors and to blame officiating for a loss is poor form.

Agreed. Learn and move on.

Yeah, but hat certainly played a big part in it.

In the other 2 regular season games under DeBoer UGA has shut Bama done in the second half as well, it’s just that DeBoer slapped Kirby across his fat face hard enough in the first half that it didn’t matter.

So what you're saying is if they actually called that face mask, the targeting and the DPI those three drives would have resulted in at least FGs because Alabama would be in the redzone on each had the referees actually done their jobs?

Your point only highlights how UGA only won due to officiating and the entire college football world is saying it

I understand what you are saying.

The refs have screwed Bama's offense in the second half of the last 3 matchups with the Dawgs.

It is unpossible that Bama ever loses to the Dawgs. The refs cheated.

Imagine how much less effective their offense would be if the dozen holdings on them were called, like even just one of them. Zero holding calls on bama and a scrambling QB all game lol

I understand what you're saying as well.

It's tough to know youbplaye your best and what actually won you the game was several non-calls which if one were called would have cost you the game.

The reason you guys are so defensive is because you know without those referees ignoring multiple facemasks, targeting and a final DPI you lose.

It's tough to stomach that when you played your best game and even your coach knows that our QB is only going to gain more experience and get better

Maybe if we had our best most explosive WR available it might have affected that. Unfortunately he was lost because of uncalled targeting, which also cost us a 1st down, which would have likely led to points.
