FBI can get private emails to investigate charges of collusion.

People can follow with what they think the FBI could or couldn't do.

I would rather the highest levels of federal government not go through every detail of my life looking for any and everything. Maybe you feel differently

And if you must know, politically I am very far to the right. If we could figure a way to run this country without a federal government at all, that is what I would be in favor of.

Great idea.

Let’s start by disbanding the NCAA and instead have a confederacy of conferences.

What could go wrong?

Another hint is that collusion requires an underlying crime, like fraud.

Nice try but you are what is called "shallow". Let me educate you a bit more. It is an agreement. It could be explicit, implicit, formal or informal. It could be something as simple as a phone call, a hand shake or a wink. Technically it has nothing to do with fraud, it's about limiting competition.
Now when you introduce fraud then we bring in RICO.
Don't fret, you're only about 45 years behind me in experience with these matters.

ok, but ... generally there would need to be some evidence of a crime happening to do that.
