Conclusion:
All the best college towns are great places to get shot or fricked in the arse.

Greenville isn't a college town.

Clemson is in Greenville's CSA.

Clemson has a lake.

Oxford and Starkville are better college towns but Hattiesburg is the better place to live. The Oak Grove and Petal areas are great.

Metairie? Is someone phucking high? As for Hattiesburg, MS. I can see that. However, I would have to say that as small as it is, Auburn, AL is a much better town that Tuscaloosabad, Alabamastan.

Starkvegas won't make it to the list until they finally sell cold beer there.

Athens, GA is a legit college town. Since moving to north GA I have come to kinda respect the Dawg fans over here. They're not entirely shitty. Good folks as a whole.

Lexington, KY; Knoxville, TN; and Gainesville, FL are givens in their respective states. No real competition. Tallahassee would like to beat out Gainesville, but FSU is really little more than a revamped women's college.

Reno, NV??? But of COURSE! Prostitution is legal there! Who gives a shite about college athletics when you can pay for anything your wife won't do, or pay for what you need when you can't find a girlfriend. (Or boyfriend, if you're hanging around the Quarter in NOLA.)

California and Ohio make no sense at all. Columbus, OH is a great college town. Ohio State is freaking HUGE there. Oxford is home to Miami (of Ohio). Athens, OH is home to the Ohio University Bobcats. If ANYONE can give Columbus a run for their money it would be Athens, OH. Great campus and awesome small town that is totally in the pocket of their university.

State College in PA is a good call.Actually. it's the only town in the northeast that should even be mentioned. Everything else to the east and north of it is professional ball territory. That's about as far into Yankee-Land as collegiate sports are appreciated.

Finally, if I haven't mentioned it or corrected it. none of the other places matter. But I am open to having someone try to change my mind about places other than those associated with the SEC.

I would pick Auburn over Tuscaloosa. A nicer looking town overall.

Alright, it’s time to sunset Tuscaloosa. He’s had a good run but it’s time for him to be on his way beyond the horizon.
Oh, it's way past time for a few other SEC Rant VGT's to say "Adios Amigo" and "Farewell & Adieu" to the SEC Rant with permabans.

What say yall, from hence to forth if any ultra annoying freak geek troll be nominated for permanent expulsion and can garner 100 down votes (You're voting "Thumps Down" for the permanent banning) then he shall be booted off with extreme prejudice with no chance of a future return.

Make it so. Engage......

Wait, what? Mississippi's blue laws are seriously fricked up.

I recently learned that Mississippi was the last state to repeal Prohibition...in 1966.

Which means while my parents were getting drunk at Dickson Street bars, people in Mississippi couldn't even legally purchase alcohol.

WTF???
